Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As an Australian business we comply with Australian Consumer Laws (ACL) but we also want to ensure our customers are happy and want to continue working with us.
Under ACL we are not required to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind but may do so in some cases. Typically we can't accept returns or exchanges of custom or personalised items but let us know what the issue is and we'll try and find a solution.
In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged item or some other problem with your order, let us know as soon as you can and we'll make things right but please note, delivery delays or bank/credit provider delays are beyond our control but we'll keep you up to date every step of the way.
