By purchasing from us you agree to these terms of service so please read them carefully. These terms can not replace, remove or reduce your rights under Australian Consumer Laws (ACL). Items sold via the Etsy platform may have additional terms applied to them via that platform.

By purchasing from us you agree that you are an adult or have permission of your parent or guardian and the owner of any payment method used and accept the costs involved in the purchase. We retain the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason. Should you make a purchase that we elect not to provide, you will be notified and your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible.

By purchasing from us you also agree to our policies on Privacy as well as Refunds, Returns & Exchanges.

While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information presented to you, changes may occur without notice, especially where such information has been provided to us by a third party, and we will not be held responsible for genuine errors. Furthermore, colours may vary from how they appear on screen due to the nature in which images are displayed and the fact that many of our materials are natural and as such have variations in colour, texture and dimensions.

Most of our products are custom made or personalised and therefore must be made after we receive your order and before shipping. We endeavour to ship no later than 10 business days after you accept the draft artwork but this time may vary depending on the current production queue and materials stock. We will advise you of any possible delay within 24 hours of your order being placed and give you an updated timeline or provide a refund should you wish.
